The figure below represents an updated version of the conceptual framework I have been building on the Dynamics of Organizational Knowledge.
This is an updated version. The latest version had been posted on this blog on 19.05.2009 and can be given in http://kmgoldman.blogspot.com/2009/05/modelo-goldman-da-dinamica-da-relacao.html .
Essentially, no significant changes. Only some elements were inserted in order to make concepts clearer.
In the next posts I intend to develop some ideas on the framework, I have been proposing.
